It's summer, and it's hot out here in Oklahoma, perfect for swimming,
which I do daily if possible in my above ground pool. I have a
selection of suits to choose from, but my favorite is a lovely mix of
turquoise, magenta purple, ocher, white and blue. The colors inspired me
to paint using that palette, and the result was this soothing acrylic
with a name that is suggestive of the origin of my inspiration. This painting sold and now resides overseas in New Zealand.
